Data protection

Your clients' data is isolated by portal. No cross-access is possible between different accounts. We apply the principle of least privilege: each user only accesses the data strictly necessary for their work.

Responsible artificial intelligence

The Cortex engine uses third-party AI models. Client data and their clients' data are not used to train AI providers' models. Requests are processed in real time and Cogni6 enables non-retention options when available, in accordance with the applicable agreements with its providers.
